Due to the current global pandemic with COVID-19, orders might take longer than expected to reach their destinations. If your are outside of the Uk and EU the shipping costs might be elevated during this period.
UK DELIVERY
UK orders can take up to 5-6 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
If you’d rather come and collect your order please get in touch to arrange this, shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organised.
I will endeavour to send out parcels as quickly as possible but as a team of one, delays do and can happen so please be patient with me. If an item is going to be delayed, this will be communicated to you via the email address you used when making the purchase.

Standard Shipping (up to 14 working days taking customs into consideration) - £10.20 (up to to 1kg)

Tracked & Signed for (up to 14 working days taking customs into consideration) - £14.10 (up to 1kg)

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
When you see an item that you love, please contact me through the website or Instagram direct message with the item you want to purchase. I will weigh the product(s) for you and send you information about the shipping fee. Once you accept, I will send you link where you can transfer the money.
The package will be send to you by Royal Mail. I am NOT responsible for any missing or stolen packages. If the package is sent back to me after being missing, you will get a refund for the pieces (not shipping costs included).
RETURNS
I make every effort to ensure that you'll love your purchase, however, if you're not satisfied, please feel free to contact me here where I will be happy to assist you.
Every effort is taken when preparing your items for delivery, but in the unlikely event that there is a fault with a product, it must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all the original packaging, labels and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If goods are not received in this condition, then your right to a full refund may be affected. Bisqd Ceramics are happy to refund the cost of your postage (proof must be obtained) if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning an item, it is strongly recommended that you use a recorded service as Bisqd Ceramics cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach Bisqd Ceramics.
Please contact me here for the return address stating the reason for your return and your order number. Please notify Bisqd Ceramics within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product.
You can not return Ceramics and Earrings. If you would like to swap your piece for another item please get in contact.
The shipping costs for returning a product has to be paid by the buyer.
